Policies
Please note our policies use job titles rather than the names of individuals. Hard copies issued to parents, carers and official bodies are accompanied by a list of current appointments. We will also happily email a copy of the same appointments list to any parent so that it may be read in conjunction with these policies.
There is a numbering scheme! (nn is a two digit number)
- Prefix Pnn are policies required under stautory guidance.
- Prefix PCnn is an internal procedure. Good practice to document them but not a statutory requirement and provided here because we like to be open about how we do things.
- Prefix Nnn are accompanying or explanatory notes provided to aid understanding where we think the statutory requirements are a little…wordy!
- Prefix Lnn tend to be letter templates or leaflets and we publish these here only because other playgroups may find them useful.
- Prefix Fnn are forms. We publish them here because parents may need to obtain a copy to complete and other playgroups may also find these useful.
